Currently we do not have a physical walk-in store. If you wish to avoid shipping costs, you may bring your device to us. We are located in Sidney, Maine (between Augusta and Waterville). Please contact us so we can set up a time to drop off your device.

How to send in a repair:
​
1. Fill out the repair form so we can know a bit more about you and your device.
​
2. Once you submit the form, we will email you the shipping information. Please include your name, return shipping, and contact information inside the box before shipping so we can identify your device.

3. We will work on your device and will send you an online invoice once completed. Your device will be shipped back to you once the invoice has been paid (there is a $10 shipping fee for any standard device shipped in Maine).
